Applying Modified e-Delphi Technique: Guideline for HR Researchers and Practitioners for Developing Competency Profiles During Covid-19 Pandemic

Competency consists of an employee’s knowledge, skills, and abilities, which are vital for maintaining organisational performance. An important tool competency development would be the application profiles, should developed to represent specific professions. Although many research have been conducted across various fields study, professions, organisations, number guidelines developing profiles future references is limited. To address this gap, paper presents a step-by-step guideline employee using modified Delphi technique. However, due Covid-19 outbreak, adaptation participatory approach required e-platform. Thus, will narrate methodological procedure that follows restrictions social distancing norms imposed during COVID-19 outbreak platform known as e-Delphi. Future researchers organisations can use procedures outlined in develop validate by applying new normal Researchers practitioners from other study also refer e–Delphi guideline, especially when dealing with high-stake studies, such modelling, instrument development, module index global crisis.
